| Q: Can I bind online? |
| |
A: We do not currently offer online binding. All bind requests must be submitted by fax or email. Remember you may not consider coverage bound until you received a formal binder confirmation assigning a policy number.

| Q: How soon will I receive my loss runs? |

A: Loss Runs are generally delivered within a few hours of processing. However, some carriers do take 48 hours.

A: Generally certificates of insurance are returned within 3 days however rush requests can be accommodated if within our approval guidelines.

A: We do have a "Policy & Endorsement" download facility, which we are in the process of discontinuing. If your agency would like to receive policies & endorsements by Email, click our "What’s Hot" to sign up.
